Bereavement, which is really difficult under any situation, is happening in the most challenging of circumstances during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
If you have experienced the death of someone who was very important to you, you might be finding it very difficult to adjust to the immense changes happening in your life right now. Grief can shake everything up - your beliefs, your personality, and even your sense of reality. Anyone who loses a loved one or close friend as a consequence to COVID-19, or loss through another cause, may experience increased trauma and may be cut off from some of their usual support network.

Sandy Bear Children's Bereavement Charity provide a service to all children and young people up to 18 years who have suffered, or who are likely to suffer a bereavement and live in Pembrokeshire.
